Do I need equipment?

A light resistance band is recommended, but most workouts are bodyweight.

 

Is this safe for postpartum?

​

Yes, Core in 4 is gentle, progressive, and created with postpartum needs in mind. (Always get medical clearance first.)

​

Will this help flatten my lower belly?

Yes, by strengthening the deep core muscles that support your waistline. This is the missing step most women overlook.  With that being said, there are many other factors that must be taken into account as well when looking decrease lower belly fat such as nutrition, strength training, daily movement, sleep, hormones etc.

Can beginners do this?

Absolutely. The program is designed for all levels with modifications included.
